Julie Sorensen, PhD is Director of the Northeast Center for Occupational Safety and Health:  Agriculture, Forestry and Fishing, New York Center for Agricultural Medicine and Health. Julie received her PhD in Epidemiology from Umea University, in Umea, Sweden, holds a Master’s Degree in Medical Anthropology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications. Julie’s research interests include qualitative research methods, social marketing and human behavior research.
