Statement

Since joining the Marshfield Clinic Research Institute in 2006, Ms. Schroeder has overseen administrative and management functions across various areas of the Marshfield Clinic Research Institute (MCRI), focusing on financial and operational performance while providing leadership to center directors, investigators, and staff. Working in partnership with MCRI’s Chief Research Officer and Leadership Team she develops and implements strategic initiatives at the Institute level as well as within the Center for Precision Medicine Research (CPMR) and the National Farm Medicine Center (NFMC).
