Dr. Serap Gorucu is a researcher at Pennsylvania State University. She received her BS and MS degrees in Agricultural Machinery from Cukurova University, Turkey, and her PhD in Agricultural and Biological Engineering from Clemson University. She has been active in agricultural safety and health for the last 7 years. Her research involves farm youth safety, technological distractions among farm youth, analysis of agricultural injury data, FAIC and OIICS coding for agricultural injuries, and analysis of roadway crash data for farm equipment, ATV’s, and horse and buggies.
