Marshfield Clinic Research Institute donated almost 170 clothing items to local Marshfield charities in addition to monetary gifts that will help further support children and families in need.

Clothing donated during the drive included winter coats, hats, mittens, snow pants, boots and warm pajamas.

“We are proud to host these two clothing drives to help children in our local community," said Krystal Boese, assistant manager of research for the Integrated Research and Development Laboratory at the Research Institute.  “During the COVID-19 pandemic, the need has never been greater to help those less fortunate."

For this drive, the Research Institute partnered with Marshfield Area Community Foundation, Inc. to provide children with new winter coats, hats and mittens, and Soup or Socks to provide children with new or gently used snow pants and boots or new pajamas.
